This academic project is a penthouse located in Tel Aviv, Florentine, designed as a green oasis to offer its residents a sense of peace amidst the lively city. The main living area is on the first and second floor, while the third level features a rooftop garden and plant shop accessible to passersby. Visitors can escape the noise of the street by ascending to the rooftop, where they can select plants in a more tranquil setting. The apartment itself is filled with natural light, thanks to strategically placed windows, and showcases various live plants throughout the space, with a balcony that wraps around the building, creating a calming, nature-inspired ambiance. All the plants are nourished by an integrated natural watering system that runs through the building.
